One email came to me lately.

“Zamri, could you help me out? I’ve done a lot of promotions to one of the affiliate programs I joined. I’ve posted my affiliate link on Facebook, forums and other websites that I can possibly leave the URL. I’ve been doing this for two months and sadly, I’ve gotten only one sale. How can I improve my sales? Could you look at my website?”

My reply came with another question, “do you know how many people visited your website from all these different promotions?”

“No but can you look at my website?”

“Hello! Didn’t you get my question? “, I thought to myself, sighing!

To cut the story short, many people are still thinking that as long as they promote and market their website, that’s good enough. “Surely people will buy what you have to offer”, so they think. After all, that’s better than building a website and hoping that people will come and visit you by magic.

Unfortunately, website conversion and traffic statistics are two different things. If you are shooting in the dark and do not know how much traffic you’re getting from your promotions, your website conversion is out of the question. Why? What if you only get 70 visitors a week to your website? There’s no point in tweaking your website to get sales from very little to no traffic to your website.

Does that make sense?

Google Analytics is cool but for tracking traffic to your website from forums, Facebook, email marketing, articles, blogs is a bit tricky. You need to have another method to make sure all the traffic statistics are recorded. It is much more important to do it so if you are promoting affiliate program, simply because, most of the time, you don’t know at all where the clicks to your affiliate link are coming from.

So how do you do that?

Here’s what you can do – cloak your affiliate link that can track raw and unique clicks to your website.

For example, instead of promoting http://www.bluehost.com/track/millionaire (raw affiliate link) for Blue Host Webhosting service, you would create these links that redirect and track clicks to your Blue Host affiliate link:

• http://get.linktrackr.com/bluehost-fb (to be used in Facebook marketing)
• http://get.linktrackr.com/bluehost-fr (to be used in forum marketing)
• http://get.linktrackr.com/bluehost-art (to be used in article marketing)

Now you will know how many clicks are coming from each source and all of them are redirecting back to your Blue Host affiliate link. From each of these sources, you will know if it’s worth to focus in one or two (or all) marketing campaigns, and you know now that you’re not shooting in the dark.

Guys & gals! This is important.

You want to track the clicks to your website links to find out if your promotional activity is generating interest on your offer. If you are still promoting a website that does not get any click, you know that you should do something, like not promoting that website anymore (among many actions you should take), but if you don’t even know if you’re not getting any click and you’re still promoting that website, that’s the worst marketer that I’ve ever known.

The videos are meant to explain the strategies and tactics written in the ebook for better understanding. Some of the videos also have more advanced strategies than explained in the ebook. Having said that, the reader should also watch these videos even after they finish reading the ebook.

Back to the ebook, “The Four Tier Annihilation Method” contains 4 modules which are based on the four tier concept the authors, Saj P and Alex Goad, are trying to explain. I feel each chapter is divided equally long enough in terms of its depth in explaining the idea and also in terms of its complexity. This means if you are only interested in one idea, you can focus only one module and move on to another without missing any details. But, like the ebook suggests, it’s better for you to read and apply the first module first before moving on to the next one.

In Module 1, you will learn how to sell physical products. It starts out by researching the products, outsourcing them and finally get them sold. If there is only one resource which is priceless to me, it should be the service that is available to supply you almost anything that you can imagine selling on the internet. With this Tier 1 method, it is possible to earn $100 or more a month.

Module 2 is one of my favorites as it explains how to monetize digital or infoproducts. There are a few profitable strategies that you can apply in this module and if it’s done properly, you can get a profit of $1000 or more per month. Now, here is what I think is valuable for me from this chapter – a resource where you can dropship your digital product in the form of a CD or DVD to your customers for less than $2 a piece. I know that there are a lot of internet marketing gurus out there selling premium price for products on CD and DVD. With this resource, even you can now sell your infoproducts on CD or DVD without you have to handle all the grunt work of producing the discs.

The next Tier will be the one that can make you $10,000 or more per month. It deals with a more high-end products but the good news is that in all 4 tiers explained in the ebook, you can have lots of resources to start selling them.

Tier X is the advanced module in Module 3. This is a more involved module that might get you rich even by selling one product. The return might be in a 5 or 6 figure depending on what you sell. However, Tier X also has a different style of selling compared to the other tiers, and the authors suggest that this would be the last Tier to get involved once you learn the previous modules.

And before the end of “The Four Tier Annihilation Method” ebook, there is a section which teaches you how to also make great income through affiliate marketing. This is probably the module that lots of affiliate marketers would be happy to read. The idea is practical and it doesn’t take a lot of capital to start. Among the topics in this module are “CPA Profits” and “List Building”. What I like the most about this module is that the market is already there. You just have to bring the right product to offer.

In summary, “The Four Tier Annihilation Method” is definitely not a beginner’s guide on how to set up an account on an auction site and start selling unwanted products just to get rid of the trash from your house. This product will teach you how to successfully build wealth one step at a time by following the different categories (tiers) taught by the authors.

I will give “The Four Tier Annihilation Method” 4.5 out of 5 stars if I were to grade it. In fact, I’m happy to see a product at the price of $77 that has an in-depth information such as “The Four Tier Annihilation Method”.

The lifestyle of internet income is amazing.You can earn money while you sleep because it’s running 24 hours a day, you get paid in advance because customers pay you first before accessing or getting your product, internet business allows you to leverage on systems, most of the tasks can be automated and a long list of goodies.

At the same time, it makes me very confused…

Why some people can become so rich on the internet while most of them, failed. I mean, they have bought great courses that show them step-by-step — so what’s the problem?

I’m sure the courses work unless they’re scams. Although, some bought into scams but assuming that they got themselves the real deal. The simplest way to differentiate a real

deal or not is to see whether the course creator/owner is an expert in what he teaches and have proven result to show you.

I now know why courses didn’t work and I didn’t figure out this fact by my own.

My student helped me to see it, finally.

It has nothing to do with motivation or self-help perk talk.

You see, I’ve already given him the precise steps to success. And yet after 6 months, he

made nothing. Not only I’m confused, I’m slightly unhappy because it’s my commitment to help my students to achieve their desired goal on the internet. At the same time, I know what I’ve given him WORK because my other students are able to make money online.

It boiled down to a simple reason…

Most people failed because they failed to follow instructions.

Isn’t that crazy? Not really and I’ll explain to you in a short while why this can happened.

But really, if you follow the instructions given in the real deal courses rigidly, I’m sure you’ll make money online– or at least earn back the amount of what you’ve paid for the courses! I’ve always make it a point that every single dollar I’ve invested into education, I’ll use that knowledge to make back the investment or earn more.

SO WHY PEOPLE DON’T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?

Well, this is a creative method to get better result and I do recommend it. That’s how Anthony Robbins created NAC (Neuro-Associative Conditioning) from NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming). But don’t do any tweaking unless you know what you’re doing or least, already have result based on following the instructions given. Agreed?

Why else people don’t follow instruction?

Sometimes, it’s not that they don’t want to but they can’t due to lack of understanding towards the education. If this is the case, ALWAYS go back to the creator of the course to clarify what he means!

If you’re doing that, I want to warn you ahead- Make sure you’re precise with your questions. I mean, if you’re reading a course about how to get traffic and you ask him how to get traffic, slight chance you’ll even get a reply. But if you ask him what does he means by the sentence on page 45 using ‘viral marketing’, applied to ‘ethical bribe method’ and so on, you might get a good reply. Make sure it’s precise and make sense too.

But the BIGGEST problem why they can’t take instruction is probably because they’re taking too many instructions at one go! If I’m learning 10 courses at the same time and following all of their instructions, I think I won’t have time to eat, sleep or take a shower. Stay focus. One at a time.

Speaking of following instructions, many of my students are bringing home part-time or full-time income while LOVING what you do on the internet. This proves that any ordinary person or a newbie can start their own internet business.

How To Create The Perfect Dime Sale

One of the most popular methods to raise quick cash and build a customer list is through the use of dime sales. If you are not familiar with dime sales, they are simply sales campaigns that raise the product price a small amount after each sale.

In other words, they build urgency in visitors because if they wait too long to purchase, they will fail to lock in a more desirable price. With that said, here is how you can create the most powerful dime sale possible

Tip #1: Start At A Price At Least ½ Lower Than The Overall Value

This is a critical step. The idea is that you want it to be an irresistible deal and allow the most number of sales throughout the life of your dime sale.

Tip #2: Raise Your Price $0.05 Per Sale (Max) For Lower End Products

Unless your target market is proven to buy products over $67, you want to get as many sales as possible while still allowing the price to be desirable for your visitors. Therefore, it is best to allow at least 20 sales per $1 and you want to have at least 100 sales before you reach the ‘full value’ price.

In other words, if you plan to launch an e-book at $27, start the dime sale at $10 and let 340 people (340 x 0.05 = $17) order before your regular price is locked in.

Tip #3: Offer 100% Commission To Your Affiliates & Customers

The best way to motivate people to promote your offer is to make sure they get something out of it. Instant 100% commissions are the best way to ensure their participation and their excitement. Keep in mind, though, that if you do offer 100% commissions to customers, do not make it a major feature of the offer. Instead, especially if you are using Paypal, subtly mention it in the PS statement.

Otherwise, you would be seen as selling 100% commissions, which would violate TOS.

Tip #4: Offer Targeted Bonuses That Offer Value

One mistake many people make is that they stuff 100 bonuses into their offer that have little to no value. Instead, if you are offering software, why not consider a video tutorial related to the theme of your software? Or, if you offer a video series on how to use video submission services, why not offer a bonus on how to create videos? One great bonus far outweighs the perceived value of 100 clunkers. Don’t you agree?

Tip #5: Create A Targeted Back-End Offer

This is a great way to earn revenue that you give away to affiliates when you offer 100% commissions. One proven back-end product that is worth considering is re-sale rights or private label rights. While you do not have to create a one time offer, it is important to let them know about this open and follow up with them, over time.

While you do not want to inundate them with this offer, allow yourself to earn 1 sale for every 10 or so customers as a goal. This way you can not only build your list and earn some money on the back-end but you can also build a list of PLR buyers.

Tip #6: Separate Customer Lists

If you can, I suggest you separate those who buy your main product and those who buy PLR. You will be surprised to see how your income soars when you have a steady stream of buyers who buy $27 products and buyers who pay $67-$97 per product PLR.

Summary:

In short, you want to build your customer list, earn some revenue, motivate affiliates to continue to work for you and give people a reason to buy from you. Follow these steps and each sales campaign you roll out will have a great head start.

You might be wondering and probably guess that I’m about to brag about how much I make on the Internet and such.

But, I’m not.

The snapshot that you are seeing is real but here is the whole point I’m telling you.

Although there are many more sales I’m not showing you here but I must say that this is not an easy work that I did in a short period of time.

In fact I did not make any single sale in the first 3 months I was online. My first commission was less than $10 USD. After the first three months, I was not consistently making money. Of course, I did get one or two sales but there were (meaning many) months that I did not get anything financially from my effort.

But there is one thing that I learned all the way.

Lots of people do not have passion and patience to build an online business. They want to make money as soon as they switch on their computer, without learning the right thing and having the right mindset to build a business. They quit halfway and call it a scam or anything related to that. So, I DID NOT become one of them. I did not try to make my online business work. I wanted to make it work and I worked on it.

If people quit halfway, I keep on learning and doing. That’s why I can show you the snapshot you’re seeing above.

1. Learn how to build a business online.
2. Pick something that you like to do.
3. Find out if that would be profitable.
4. DO IT and NEVER QUIT!

Of course #2 is debatable for many people, but that’s the rule I’m making for myself.

Here is a little secret – if English is not your first language, then you can duplicate what I do.

Partner with best-selling author and translate his/her book into your mother tongue. Then, introduce this book (or ebook) to your local market. The book has already been a best-seller. You can bet the info is already great. So, now you just have to worry about who you want to sell the product to.

This month launch of my local product is not bad. I bagged in over USD$1000 in 5 short days. I know that it’s not that much if you are American, but that amount of money is worth a month and a half salary of an engineer here.

Find someone (like me) who can translate your book (ebook) to other languages. Then, make a partnership with that person. Oftentimes, people like me are bilingual. So, in the end, you will still get people in foreign market to get to know you – and eventually buy your book in English too.

If you were given 2 financial choices in life, which one will you pick? I’m also assuming that you are already making a living comfortably at work or in your business.

Here are your two important choices.

A. You get paid every day on a fix amount of dollar (say USD$100 per day) but you have to work every day to get that amount of money. You stop working and your income stops.

B. You work every day for two years with little to no income at all and sometimes you lose your money, but you are sure that by the end of the third year, you will get more than the person who works every day in the case of option A above. And the money keeps on multiplying regardless if you work in the fourth year and beyond.

Which one will you choose now?

I’m sure many people will choose option B. Who doesn’t want an income stream that will keep on multiplying regardless if you work or not? And, believe me that there is a few ways to do it.

But I also believe that some people will simply choose option A as they can’t bear the fact that it takes so much time, money and effort to achieve their financial dreams.

If you were to ask me, I would not abandon the idea of making a recurring income. At the same time, I would love to get paid every day for the work that I’m doing. It’s just not making sense to choose only option A and leaving option B on the table.

Of course, eventually you want a steady recurring income in your life – the one that will provide you cash regardless if you work or not. At that time, you have the luxury to choose to work or not and even if you choose to work, it is more because you like to do it – not for the money anymore.

Now, the idea of building a recurring income is not new and it is a very exciting concept after all. Let’s look at how Burke Hedges explains this great idea in his book “The Parable of The Pipeline” which tells a story of two cousins who bring back water from a river to their village using two methods.

The first cousin, Bruno, will bring a bucket to scoop the water and carry it back to the village. He’ll be paid for the water. Then, when the demand increases, he hires more people to get the water. Obviously, he gets paid more but he also has to pay the employees and the tools. His income will be limited by the number of employees and the tools he has.

The other cousin, Pablo, is quietly making a plan. He is building a pipeline to supply water from the river to the village. It takes time, money and effort to build the pipeline. As you can guess, he is not paid a single red cent for this effort. He can see his cousin making a fortune but he knows it will be to his advantage when his work is done.

Finally, his pipeline is complete. What the villagers need to do is turn on the tap and the water is supplied directly into the village cistern. You know what? Who’ll need to buy the water from the other guy anymore when the simple turn of a tap will provide water in their houses at a cheaper price than the other guy charges?

As for Pablo, his work is done and he’ll get paid for as long as his pipeline is working (while he is lazying around).

I’m not going to build a real water pipeline for sure but you can model this concept to create your own recurring income.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Write a best-selling book for a royalty income. Then write some more books in your spare time. You can also write an ebook and sell it online.

2. Buy a property and rent it out. Then, buy a few more to double or triple your income.

3. Deposit your money in bank or invest in stocks. Compounding effect will double your money in 7 years for a yearly 10% interest of your savings. Stock appreciation will increase your money as well.

4. Create a product that requires a license from you. For example, a piece of software can be charged annually for the license. Big corporations are doing it but the small players are seeing this opportunity too.

5. Build a network marketing business. You and your team will build a group of distributors and the bigger your team is, the more money you will get. But, do not confuse network marketing with a get-rich-quick or pyramid scheme.

Before I go read it, I want to make something different.

I will write what I think I’ve been doing with preselling technique, then I’ll double check with what Jon mentioned in his report.

There’s a few strategies that I do to presell my potential buyers, and I’ll lump them together and see if it makes sense.

There’s many times… I write articles to my list and post on many other article directories. In this method, I just want to make sure that my readers click the link that I put on my resource box.

There shouldn’t be hard-sell in the articles that I publish on other people’s websites but I would go an extra mile and ask my readers to visit the website that I’m advertising in the body of my articles (you can’t do that on majority of article directories out there). So, there is a higher chance that I sell better to my list by email just because of this additional website link.

But then again, I would keep the article informational enough (like you’re reading now) so that the readers will benefit from me even if they don’t buy any product.

Sometimes you see me post videos on my blog.

These videos are recorded by me and I make it amateur because I want to inject personality into the message that I send to my subscribers and readers.

These videos are like the articles that I write. They contain information about specific subjects and when people hear and watch me, it becomes more convincing (rather than reading) because the readers can sense the sincerity and effort I put in the videos.

And as you know, the sense of sincerity is one of the factors to get the potential buyers to trust you… because it leads to trust… and trust leads to sales.

So, that’s a few strategies I practice in preselling.

The basic mechanics behind it is that you collect the emails from your website visitors and email them your offer or anything related to your niche.

For example, if you are blogging or have a website about “breeding arowana fish”, you put a subscription box where your website visitors can leave their name and email in exchange for some kind of information that you offer. This information could be in the form of an e-course about arowana, an e-book or just simply a permission for you to send out more information on the website whenever you update it.

People who are interested about arowana will definitely like to be updated about anything related to this fish and they will allow you to send more emails to them. Of course, you want to also include a note saying that by filling up the webform that you put on your website, they allow you to send more emails in the future.

Then, when you get their names and emails, it becomes your goldmine.

You can send out the product that you promised immediately (e-course or e-book) or update them with current activities you have on your website. From here, you can also send out advertisements on the products related to arowana, and since this group of people are really arowana lovers, there is a high chance that they’ll buy the products that you recommend (or advertise).

If you are the product owner or an affiliate for the products that you recommend to this mailing list, you will generate an income from sending out your emails. This is because, in the eyes of the people in your mailing list, you are an expert in arowana or at least a person that they can trust enough to buy your product recommendation.

So, that is basically how it works.

And the next question will be how to create a webform to collect names and emails of your website visitors?

I’ll make it easy for you.

Subscribe to GetResponse or Aweber autoresponder service and they’ll be able to provide a service where you can build a database of subscribers of customers for you. These services are not free and they charge you on a monthly basis but if you can quickly build a mailing list that churns out money for you, your income will cover the cost of your autoresponder services already.

As for how to build a webform to be added inside your website, you can log in to Aweber or GetResponse members area and follow a few easy instructions on how to set it up.

Oh yea… almost forgot… there is also a free autoresponder service that you can use for building your mailing list, and I recently created three videos to explain how you can set it up for free. These videos are for my team members at Success University but I share them with the world too. Although Freeautobot has lots of ads, it will be a great place to learn about setting up your autoresponder system.
