Outsource Your Online Business For More Profits
When I heard about Outsourcing Mistakes, I knew that this report would complement the topic that I was about to write.
I might not be doing outsourcing in a full scale yet, but some of the work done for my business indeed involves outsourcing.
You see… I don’t have talent in graphics and web design. If I want to have a blog, I would simply find a template and change the setting in my control panel and that’s about it.
But, when it comes to designing a direct response webpage to sell my products, I can’t do that. Well, I can if I learn the skills and do it myself.
The problem is that I have only 24 hours a day – same as everybody else but if I were to do everything, I need to be a superman – which I’m not.

3. Translation (if there is any projects involved in translation)

5. And many others…
I don’t do all although it would be fun to try it all.
But when making money online is the priority, I better make sure that I have other non-money-making activities done by someone else most of the time.
That will let me take care of the marketing effort alone since that’s the only area that I don’t feel easy to outsource yet.
So, there you are… some of my secrets in building an online business.

What is a Joint Venture on the Internet?
I was answering a few questions from a forumer at Gobala Krishnan’s internetmillionaires.com.my membership site about joint venture. I thought it would be a great idea to share it with you here. So, here is my view on joint venture.
Joint venture is simply a venture of two or more parties working on something to achieve a common goal – and that’s being too technical. But, it’s also a partnership between you and someone else. For example, you could have a product to sell and some other people could be your joint venture partners promoting your product. When sales are made, you pay the commissions to the person who helped you promote your product. An affiliate program is an example of joint venture program but sometimes it’s less interactive on a personal level.
Benefits of a joint venture is… you can get your product sold not only by yourself but with the help of others (this is for the product owner) or you could be making money by selling other people’s product (this is for the marketer).
On a higher level of joint venture, you want to know who your joint venture partners are so that you can work closer to achieve better results. This would involve long term relationship that could sometimes require you to meet your joint venture partners. The trust that you build among you and your venture partners will worth hundreds and thousands of dollars in the future.
A simple real life example is what Gobala is doing. Meet with you guys and help you build your online empire. In the future, you will probably work with Gobala (and vice versa) to achieve better results. That’s a long term forward-looking and a bright idea after all.
For me, there’s no specific conditions of a joint venture unless it is very necessary. With the help of technology, we could do the sales tracking and commission credits easily. The rest would be build a great relationship among joint venture partners (or affiliates).
That’s my definition of a joint venture. Others might have a different view. How about yours?

What’s the reason why I’m showing you the snapshot of sales and commissions I’m receiving on the left?
You might be wondering and probably guess that I’m about to brag about how much I make on the Internet and such.
But, I’m not.
The snapshot that you are seeing is real but here is the whole point I’m telling you.
Although there are many more sales I’m not showing you here but I must say that this is not an easy work that I did in a short period of time.
In fact I did not make any single sale in the first 3 months I was online. My first commission was less than $10 USD. After the first three months, I was not consistently making money. Of course, I did get one or two sales but there were (meaning many) months that I did not get anything financially from my effort.
But there is one thing that I learned all the way.
Lots of people do not have passion and patience to build an online business. They want to make money as soon as they switch on their computer, without learning the right thing and having the right mindset to build a business. They quit halfway and call it a scam or anything related to that. So, I DID NOT become one of them. I did not try to make my online business work. I wanted to make it work and I worked on it.
If people quit halfway, I keep on learning and doing. That’s why I can show you the snapshot you’re seeing above.
If I were to quit 4 years ago, I could never be able to show you the list of sales I made here.
Now, imagine what the snapshot above would be in the next 5 years!
That’s the clue that I’m putting in your mind today.
- Learn how to build a business online.
- Pick something that you like to do.
- Find out if that would be profitable.
- DO IT and NEVER QUIT!
Of course #2 is debatable for many people, but that’s the rule I’m making for myself.
